Our UK Standard Shipping service uses Royal Mail First Class Post, and our UK Express Shipping service uses Royal Mail Special Delivery Next Working Day. We ship to customers overseas by Air Mail Small Packet (we do not have an express service to overseas destinations). Our UK Standard Service service for frames is Parcelforce Worldwide 48; Our UK Express Shipping Service is Parcelforce 24. We do not ship frames to destinations outside the UK. |

The above schedules are estimates and may be longer when we are very busy. Please note that the PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING times should be ADDED together to give you an estimated delivery date for your order from the time it is processed. You will be notified by an 'In Production' e-mail to the address that you have supplied to confirm that your order is being processed.
If you need a print very quickly or for a birthday or special occasion, then we recommend that you telephone and discuss your requirements with us; we will always do our best to complete a very special order if the timescale is realistic.
UK Customers please note :
We always notify our customers by e-mail of the despatch of an order. Having received your e-mail, you should then receive your item within no more than 2 working days. If you do not receive your order within 5 working days of the date of the e-mail, PLEASE CONTACT US immediately so that we can trace the whereabouts of the package. Please remember .. the longer you leave making contact with us, the harder it is to resolve any problem! |

The manufacture and shipping times given above are estimates; we often despatch orders much sooner than this, but if you keep your expectations to this timetable then you will not be disappointed. Availability of Prints |
Our prints will never be 'out of stock' as we remove from the website any items which are no longer available for sale. Limited edition or original paintings may continue to be displayed on the site after they have been sold, but the 'Add to Basket' button will have been removed. |

Ways to Order a Print |
The best way to place an order with us is to use our on-line shopping system on the website, but if you prefer, you can telephone. Customers resident in the UK can also send us a written order using the form provided on the site. CLICK HERE TO DOWNLOAD THE FORM.
If you require a print for a special occasion, or if your need is urgent, then we recommend that you telephone and discuss your requirements with us. Confirmation of Order |
When you place an order with us using our on-line shopping system on the website we provide you with an order acknowledgement, a receipt and an order number on the final screen of our checkout system. We also send you a confirmation acknowledgement e-mail to the address that you supplied during the checkout process. Finally, we notify you by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped. If you do not receive notification from us, please check that you have supplied us with a correct e-mail address before making contact. |

Payment |
We only accept payment in UK Pounds Sterling. We request all customers outside the UK to make payment using a credit card on-line. Goods ordered by credit or debit card are charged to your account in UK Pounds Sterling. If you are an overseas customer, your credit card company will convert the Sterling amount we have charged to your local currency using the appropriate exchange rate when it prepares your monthly statement.
We also accept payment using PayPal, a simple, flexible secure system offering the customer additional benefits including payment protection. For speed and convenience, customers with a PayPal account may use our PayPal Express checkout; however even customers who do not have a PayPal account may use the PayPal standard secure checkout.
UK based customers may, if they prefer, send us an order through the post. Payment can then be made either by sending a cheque or by supplying credit/debit card information. Please use the form provided and remember to include the postage.
Customers paying on-line do so through secure systems powered by Web Payments Pro and PayPal. Your shipping details and credit card information provided in payment for orders placed using our on-line automated system is encrypted before it is passed to the clearing bank for authorisation.
