Print & Frame Sizes & Prices

The print and image sizes and prices of each product are displayed on the area pages. A description and miniature illustration of each finished print (either framed or unframed) is produced to scale on the individual point of sale pages. All our prints are supplied with a white border of between 2 and 3 inches in width depending upon the print format. Where stated, the "Print Size" gives the dimensions of the sheet of paper that we ship the print on, the "Image Size" gives the dimensions of the actual printed image itself. Print and frame prices are displayed with each product on the point of sale pages. All our prints are published to a size which is best suited to the composition of the original image. Sizes therefore vary, and price will depend upon size.

The price for each product will be displayed clearly on the checkout page before you are asked for payment.

Apart from our Standard Shipping service for prints which uses Royal Mail First Class Post, all our UK shipping services are SIGNED FOR services and require a receipt on delivery.

The above schedules are average times and may vary. Prints are manufactured 'in house' and so are always available from stock. Frame mouldings are sourced externally so there may be times when we are temporarily out of stock of a particular moulding. We usually replenish stock regularly, so any delay will be minimal.

Please note that the PRODUCTION AND SHIPPING times should be ADDED together to give you an estimated delivery date for your order from the time it is processed. You will be notified by an 'In Production' e-mail to the address that you have supplied to confirm that your order is being processed. If you need a print very quickly or for a birthday or special occasion, then we recommend that you telephone and discuss your requirements with us; we will always do our best to complete a very special order if the timescale is realistic.

We always notify our customers by e-mail of the despatch of an order. Having received your e-mail, you should then receive your item within no more than 2 working days. If you do not receive your order within 5 working days of the date of the e-mail, PLEASE CONTACT US immediately so that we can trace the whereabouts of the package. Please remember .. the longer you leave making contact with us, the harder it is to resolve any problem!

Ways to Order A Print or Framed Print

The best way to place an order with us is to use our secure on-line shopping system. Customers can also telephone or send us a written order using our Mail Order Form. Please remember to include the appropriate shipping charge with your payment.

If you require a print for a special occasion, or if your need is urgent, then we recommend that you telephone and discuss your requirements with us. Please note that all orders are accepted on the understanding that when you place your order you have read and agree to our Terms and Conditions of Business.

Confirmation of Order

When you place an order with us using our on-line shopping system on the website we provide you with an order acknowledgement, a receipt and an order number on the final screen of our checkout system. We also send you a confirmation acknowledgement e-mail to the address that you supplied during the checkout process. Finally, we notify you by e-mail as soon as your order has been shipped. If you do not receive notification from us, please check that you have supplied us with a correct e-mail address before making contact.

Payment

We only accept payment in UK Pounds Sterling. Goods ordered by credit or debit card are charged to your account in UK Pounds Sterling.

We also accept payment using PayPal, a simple, flexible secure system offering the customer additional benefits including payment protection. For speed and convenience, customers with a PayPal account may use our PayPal Express checkout; however even customers who do not have a PayPal account may use the PayPal standard secure checkout.

Customers may, if they prefer, send us an order through the post. Payment can then be made either by sending a cheque or by supplying credit/debit card information. Please use the form provided and remember to include the appropriate shipping charge with your payment.

Customers paying on-line do so through secure systems powered by Web Payments Pro and PayPal with additional 'Secured by Visa' or 'Mastercard Secure' identity verification. Your shipping details and credit card information provided in payment for orders placed using our on-line automated system is encrypted before it is passed to the clearing bank for authorisation. All sensitive information remains strictly private and unseen by our members of staff.

Our prints and frames are manufactured individually for each customer and they are inspected before shipment to ensure that they are in perfect condition. If you are not satisfied with the merchantable quality of our products, or if they arrive in a damaged condition, then we will replace them or provide a full credit including postal charges upon safe receipt of the returned goods. Any damages must be advised to us within 30 days of receipt of your order.

Please note that our guarantee relates to the merchantable quality of our products which are supplied in accordance with the Customer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000.
