We always acknowledge receipt of your order by e-mail and we also notify you by e-mail of the change of status of your order at each point in our manufacture and shipping process. If you have not received any of these e-mails then there are two likely reasons. The first possibility is that the e-mail address that you used at checkout was incorrect; the second possibility is that your mailbox incorporates special 'anti-spam' filters that are rejecting our automated notification e-mails.
For your reassurance and assistance, you may therefore determine the status of your order at any time by entering the e-mail address that you used at checkout along with your Mountain Images On-Line Order Number in the boxes below.
Most print orders shipped using our STANDARD service will have been despatched by 'Royal Mail First Class Post' or by 'Air Mail Small Packet'. These cannot be tracked once they have left our premises. However any print orders shipped using our EXPRESS service can be tracked. If the order was shipped by 'Royal Mail Special Next Day' service it can be tracked at www.royalmail.com; if shipped by 'Parcelforce24', 'Parcelforce48' or 'Parcelforce Global Prority' it can be tracked at www.parcelforce.com.
